**Front End Tech Lead**
• *Toronto, ON (Hybrid)**
• *Full Time Role**
• *Experience Required: 10+**
We need a hands-on person, whose responsibilities are split between delivering the product, mentoring developers and writing code himself.
• *Responsibilities**
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for new features, middleware's and services
- Take ownership of project delivery, meeting deadlines and work with product owners
- Design, implement and maintain scalable, reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions
- Mentor developers to uphold code standards, peer reviews and to contribute to the team’s technical growth
• *Required skills**
- Strong experience with React.
- State management libraries like Redux or context API.
- Typescript and JavaScript.
- Advance knowledge of HTML, CSS3, SaaS and responsive web design principles.
- Understanding of design systems like material UI, tailwind, bootstrap etc.
- Experience with rendering large datasets on browser using virtualizations, ag-grid etc.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD).pipeline. AWS is a plus.
Pay: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
