A company is looking for a Lead Automation Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining automated solutions for various processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical lead to a team of Automation Engineers and mentor less experienced engineers
Design, develop, test, and certify optimal workflow-based automated processes
Analyze business requirements and maintain source level control of all workflows
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 8 years of relevant experience preferred
8+ years of IT experience in applications development, workflow automation, and business process reengineering
Knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and authentication
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related technologies
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and interdisciplinary teams
