Role Overview
The L3 Network Engineer Lead will oversee enterprise network
operations, manage complex issues, and lead network engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead
L3 network support, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Manage
network security, firewall configurations, and patching.
• Collaborate
with L1/L2 teams, IT, and security teams for seamless operations.
• Conduct
network design, upgrades, and project implementation.
• Maintain
documentation and compliance standards.
• Mentor
junior network engineers.
Requirements
• 7+
years’ experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Strong
knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, and firewalls.
• Leadership
and team mentoring experience.
• Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
