Manage day-to-day operational support for network infrastructure.Ø Design, configure, implement, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.Ø Manage and support firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, WAF and other network security appliances.Ø Monitor network performance and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability.Ø Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide advanced technical support to resolve incidents.Ø Conduct regular network capacity planning, upgrades, and optimization.Ø Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices.Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new deployments, migrations, and technology upgrades.Ø Document network designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Ø Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the network infrastructure.Ø Mentor and provide guidance to junior network team members.Ø Should be able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative.Ø should carry a positive attitude towards business problems and incidents in a high-pressure environment.Project Management- Understand the Business requirement and collaborate with vendors and for effective solutions.- Lead project activities till closure At least 6 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, IP Telephony, wireless infrastructure, and cloud networkingGood knowledge and hands-on experience on1.
