Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer / Kubernetes Administrator (L2/L3) to support, monitor, and operate an existing AWS EKS platform across cloud and on-prem environments. The role focuses on platform operations, stability, and advanced troubleshooting of Kubernetes-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for AWS EKS clusters
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes environments (cloud/on-prem)
• Troubleshoot container, cluster, and infrastructure issues
• Perform cluster upgrades, patching, scaling, and performance tuning
• Manage monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to ensure platform reliability and security
Requirements
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (EKS)
• Strong background in production operations and support (L2/L3)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and container ecosystems
• Scripting and automation skills are an advantage
