Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer / Kubernetes Administrator (L2 / L3) to support, monitor, and operate an existing AWS EKS platform across cloud and on-prem environments. The role focuses on platform operations, stability, and advanced troubleshooting of Kubernetes-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 / L3 operational support for AWS EKS clusters
Monitor, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes environments (cloud / on-prem)
Troubleshoot container, cluster, and infrastructure issues
Perform cluster upgrades, patching, scaling, and performance tuning
Manage monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to ensure platform reliability and security
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (EKS)
Strong background in production operations and support (L2 / L3)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and container ecosystems
Scripting and automation skills are an advantage
