Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers and vendors for issue resolution.
• Review business workflows or system functionalities and recommend improvements.
• Provide 24/7 operational support to ensure system availability.
• Troubleshoot cybersecurity issues, including fault isolation.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for optimal system performance.
• Manage service requests and incidents for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with service providers/vendors to meet SLAs.
• Support critical events on a rotational basis as needed.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity solutions are a plus.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in operations support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales.
