Industriel) - ** Type of Employment**: Permanent - ** Hybridmode**: 3 days from the office and 2 days remotely supporting users in all IT Network related issues, taking responsibility for them, and finding solutions in cooperation with other departments and vendors. • *WHAT YOU’LL DO** Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better: - Support users all over the world in solving network operation’s issues - Analyze and document reported issues and outages - determine severity and impact of reported issues, and begin incident management process - Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Proactive monitoring of network infrastructure - Create and maintain documentation in the Service Management tool - Document solutions into Knowledge Base articles to improve service delivery and quality - Use of Remote support and desktop sharing technologies - Connectivity, network support and troubleshooting in a complex, multi-site LAN/WAN environment - Be a part of 24/7 service • *WHAT YOU’LL NEED** We want you to join our team Here’s what we’re looking for: - Fluent English, verbal and written is required/ Fluent French verbal and written is required ; - Minimum 3rd year of Telecommunication/Computer Science academic studies (preferred computer networking profile) - Experience at IT support position - Comprehensive understanding of IT technology with a focus on IP networks - Ability to work on Shifts Schedule 24/7 - Open and communicative personality - Python, Andible automation skill will be additional benefit • *WHY WORK WITH US** Our store and office employment opportunities offer you quick career growth with an international company, plus a dynamic work environment that puts people first.
