Leveraging our design, manufacturing, and marketing expertise, we work with our partners to bring their product to life through our community-powered crowd-funding platform. Each product is given a window of 21 days to be funded by the community before we produce and ship to fans worldwide. We put our brand behind every product and guarantee quality and ethical sourcing. We want this to be the best work experience of your life, so we’ll pay you well, offer great benefits, invest deeply in your growth, and welcome you with our branded swag. • What We Are Looking For* • Your Key Responsibilities* - Be the go-to expert on our design and manufacturing constraints and communicate directly between our content creators and design/manufacturing team to help bring their vision to life. - Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly. - Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions. - Take ownership of our proofing software to improve and maintain an efficient workflow pipeline. - Relay all customer feedback through our design pipelines to help maintain the flow of product creation. - Work with the design team to ensure a solid process for getting all your digital assets ready. • *What You Bring** - Experience with external client-facing communication - Strong attention to detail - Ability to recall details like product specifications - You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, and facilitate change - Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions while working independently - Superb verbal and written communication skills - Good organizational skills - Superb time management skills - Be a proficient self-starter - You have a strong growth mindset • *Bonus** - Experience with effectively communicating to all parties product and design constraints including knowledge of manufacturing and design terminologies - Extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous - Startup experience • *Benefits & Perks** - Work remotely anywhere in Canada and/or access any of our hubs - Health and dental benefits - 3 weeks of paid vacation - 1 week of paid time off during the holidays - 2 mental health and wellness days - Paid time off on your birthday - Monthly phone allowance - $400 home office setup allowance - Pregnancy and parental leave top-up program - Education Assistance Program - Employee referral program
