Job Scope:
• Coordination of in-house training program from scheduling to execution including invitation & reminder
• Arranging of refreshment for training including room set up
• Processing of invoices for training program and relevant activities
• Handling of participants registration & attendance tracking
• Photo taking during training session
• Maintain proper filing of documentation
Requirement:
• N, O, A Level Qualification or Above
• 1 Year of Admin / Clerk Experience
• Able to commit full 6 Month Contract Employment
