Join our core engineering team building a world-class Fiat-to-Crypto P2P trading platform. We sit at the intersection of traditional finance and Web3, handling massive daily transaction volumes. We are looking for a brilliant engineering intern to help us scale our core systems and pioneer the next generation of AI-driven trading assistants.
Key Responsibilities
You will be deeply involved in the end-to-end development of our P2P ecosystem:
• Core Trading Systems: Build and maintain scalable services for our Ad System (market making), Order Engine (state machines & matching), and User Identity System.
• Dispute Resolution: Develop and optimize the Appeal System, ensuring a fair and efficient environment for millions of global users.
• AI Engineering: Drive the integration of AI Shopping Guides/Agents. You will work on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Prompt Engineering to automate user inquiries and dispute pre-mediation.
• System Reliability: Tackle challenges in distributed systems, including data consistency, high-concurrency locking, and low-latency message processing.
Who We Are Looking For
• Technical Requirements:
• Java Mastery: Strong command of Java fundamentals (Multithreading, JVM, Collections). Familiarity with Spring Boot / Spring Cloud is a plus.
• Data Layers: Proficient in SQL and MySQL optimization; experience with Redis or other NoSQL caching solutions.
• CS Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Networking (TCP/IP, HTTP).
• Bonus Points:
• AI Enthusiast: Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or fine-tuning/prompting via OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.
• FinTech/Web3 Knowledge: Understanding of P2P trading workflows, payment gateways, or blockchain basics.
• Middleware: Hands-on experience with Message Queues (RocketMQ, Kafka) or distributed transaction protocols.
• Soft Skills:
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to debug complex logic in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership: A high sense of responsibility—since we handle real money (Fiat), precision is everything.
