Role Highlights
• Design, engineer, and maintain security controls across on-prem, cloud, and platforms.
• Integrate security into SDLC with app, infra, and DevOps teams.
• Perform security assessments and architecture reviews.
• Deploy and tune SIEM, EDR, IAM, and vulnerability tools.
• Monitor threats, recommend mitigations, and support incident response.
• Document configurations, standards, and ensure compliance with policies/regulations.
Success Profile
• ~10 years in cybersecurity (engineering & operations).
• Strong grasp of security principles, frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, CIS).
• Cloud experience a plus.
• Hands-on with security tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across technical/business teams.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP.
