IT QA Test Analyst - Senior
• Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (One Monday every 2-3 months)
• Pay Rate: $50.09/hr - $59.10/hr
• Contract Length: 8 Months with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SIT, UAT, and E2E strategies and test plans.
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of SIT, UAT, and E2E test cases to ensure solution quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and project management during all phases.
• Facilitate and manage meetings, status updates, and defect triage calls.
• Track, manage, and report on progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution of defects and blockers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end testing and successful project delivery.
Must-have skills:
• Test Analyst experience—8+ years
• Experience with manual testing using ALM – 8+ years
• Experience with Agile methodology – 5+ years
• Experience with leading QA programs – 8+ years
• Experience with managing stakeholders—5+ years
Nice to have skills:
• Banking Experience
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of Cheque Processing (E.g. Day 1, Day 2, RDC)
