📝 Rquirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Proven experience in creating test strategies for intricate business systems
- At least 5 years of experience developing automated tests
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using JIRA and Confluence
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- Develop and document testing scenarios leveraging JIRA and Confluence for tracking software issues and ensuring adherence to standards
- Create an automation testing framework for utilization by other scrum teams to guarantee that software in production is free of bugs
- Identify and document software defects, utilizing data to report issues in both software and development practices to team members
- Execute tests on software problems and troubleshoot issues based on specified requirements
- Employ a data-driven approach to monitor the health of the production environment and address the root causes of performance issues
- Document testing procedures to illustrate how to replicate production issues
- Minimize production-related bugs by overseeing bug resolution efforts and tracking successes
- Participate in agile activities and lead point estimation for testing to enhance effective project collaboration in-house
