Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure projects including cloud, data center, networking, unified communications, and application technologies
• Coordinate with internal teams such as end-user technology, servers, networking, cloud, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Plan, track, and report project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior management
• Facilitate project meetings, publish action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Drive technology migration, payment integration, and system upgrades
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope
• Support business users during implementation, UAT, and go-live phases
• Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience
• Strong exposure to banking, payments, and large enterprise environments
• Experience working with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
