About the Role
Collaborating with a Leading Enterprise Organization, we are seeking a (IT) Business Analyst to support a Cybersecurity Transformation Programme on a 12‑month contract (Extend/Potential to Perm).
Responsibilities:
• Capture, document, and manage business and system requirements (BRD / SRS).
• Work closely with architecture, development, and cybersecurity teams to translate requirements into deliverable solutions, and ensure functional and non‑functional requirements are clear.
• Support Agile delivery by creating and maintaining product backlogs (Epics, User Stories, Tasks) in Jira/Confluence.
• Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Prepare training materials and support end‑user training where required.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years’ experience in business analysis across IT/ Digital Transformation Programmes.
• Graduate in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• Hands‑on experience using Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools (Visio, Miro).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong command of English and Cantonese / Putonghua.
