Our FI/Banking client is looking for an Interaction Designer to join their team for a 12+ month duration. This will be onsite 3-4x per week, in downtown Toronto.
The rate range is $50-55 per hour, T4.
Key Responsibilities
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Participate in Agile methodologies to contribute to project planning and execution.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Digital Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
