Delivery Leadership & Agile Coaching
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery and all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups), ensuring alignment with the AI platform roadmap and business priorities.
• Serve as Deputy AI Product Owner, partnering with the Product Owner and Chief AI Officer (or delegate) to shape, refine, and execute the AI product and platform vision.
• Support business stakeholders in identifying and framing AI use cases, including value hypotheses, success metrics, and MVP definitions.
• Coordinate PoC activities, consolidate delivery artefacts, and prepare materials for governance and implementation decisions.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and cross‑functional coordination among Business, Scrum teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of AI solutions.
• Act as an agile coach and servant leader, promoting adaptive delivery practices for AI experimentation and industrialization.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and AI-driven experimentation across the squad and broader organization.
Backlog & Dependency Management
• Drive prioritization across platform epics, AI use cases, and technology enablers based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Business and the AI Platform Owner to shape and refine backlogs.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments; escalate risks and issues with clear options and trade‑offs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
• Influence senior stakeholders on scope, prioritization, and delivery trade‑offs to ensure desired business outcomes.
• Provide regular communication on progress, risks, decisions, and change impacts.
• Support discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, UAT activities, go‑lives, and hypercare with Business and Scrum teams.
Governance & Responsible AI
• Organize and maintain delivery documentation in a structured format for governance, security, and risk review.
• Ensure all delivery practices comply with enterprise governance, security standards, and responsible‑AI requirements.
• Support definition, tracking, and reporting of KPIs, OKRs, and control metrics for AI products and AI usage (e.g., model performance, business impact, operational risk indicators).

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology/Systems, or related fields.
• 6-10 years of experience in delivery leadership roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Project Manager), with strong background in digital, data, or AI initiatives.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or other large, regulated environments preferred.
• Working knowledge of cloud and AI delivery (Azure, Azure AI/OpenAI, CI/CD) to support productive technical discussions.
• Familiarity with LLM/RAG concepts, prompt testing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, roadmapping, backlog management, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong facilitation skills, servant leadership mindset, and effective conflict resolution; experienced managing stakeholders across business, data, and IT.
• Able to translate ambiguity into structured, actionable delivery plans with clear scope, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, experimental environments; proactive, pragmatic, and outcome‑driven.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Relevant certifications:
• Agile/Scrum: CSM/PSM, PMI‑ACP, SAFe, or equivalent
• Cloud/AI: AZ‑900, AI‑900, or equivalent
