You Are: A dedicated Solutions Architect with a successful history of engaging with clients on Infrastructure Management. The Work: In this role, you will take the lead as a value architect for a variety of opportunities, ranging from small projects to large-scale initiatives involving Application Managed Services and Enterprise IT Professional Services. You will leverage your technical expertise and solution development experience to create innovative solutions in partnership with clients. As a subject matter expert, you will work with multiple teams, make critical decisions, and address complex challenges affecting various departments. To succeed in this role, you should possess deep knowledge of Enterprise IT infrastructure—including servers, storage, networking, and colocation—along with a solid grasp of network and security architecture. Experience with Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Solution Planning Costing & Pricing will be advantageous. • Lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including data center migrations, hardware updates, and colocation during the pre-sales phase. • Act as a principal representative in discussions with senior leadership, sales teams, and client stakeholders. • Ensure Technology Delivery sign-off on solutions that align with client business objectives, industry standards, risk assessments, budgetary limits, and preferences. • Collaborate with sales teams and subject matter experts throughout the sales process, maintaining strong communication with delivery organizations. • Promote adherence to solution standards by partnering closely with Legal and Commercial teams to guide Corporate Development Transaction Services. • Work with operational groups to provide guidance on contract terms and, when necessary, take responsibility for specific contractual agreements. • Engage with technology leadership to establish a designated delivery contact and lead stabilization efforts on client engagements as needed. Domestic and international travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on client needs. Here is What You Need: • At least 8 years of experience in a technology environment focused on data center infrastructure and colocation. • A minimum of 5 years in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping. • At least 3 years managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including server farms, network devices, and disaster recovery strategies. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). An associate's degree requires 6 years of relevant work experience. Compensation at Accenture is based on various factors such as office location, role, skillset, and experience.
