POSITION OVERVIEW The InfoSec Specialist, Training and Awareness proposes and implements multidisciplinary activities to create a positive culture of reducing information security risks related to human behavior. This person will raise awareness among all BDC users of security threats and how to protect themselves against them. Ultimately, the role aims to reduce the risks for BDC by ensuring that all users recognize, understand and comply with our security requirements and behave in a secure manner. The InfoSec Specialist will report to the new Cybersecurity Strategy departement, where they will contribute alongside the teams in charge of strategic planning and management of our information security program. CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Identify and implement activities to help target groups achieve learning objectives;- Act as a reference point to answer users' questions;- Write content on InfoSec topics;- Document, improve and update processes and produce KPIs;- Track participation in mandatory training and learning path, and send reminders of upcoming due dates;- Coordinate activities and suppliers;- Take responsibility for the adoption of safe behavior, notably by coordinating a cohort of employee volunteers;- Ensure the day-to-day management of our phishing simulation and learning process and platform. Skills and Experience- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, engineering, computer science, business administration or related discipline.- Experience in coordinating multiple initiatives and financial planning/tracking, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines, plan, manage and maintain an organization-wide program of activities;- Basic knowledge of information security concepts of confidentiality, integrity and availability;- Strong interest and understanding of cyber threats and social engineering mechanisms;- Ability to communicate concisely with internal and external stakeholders in French and English (verbal and writing skills);- Ability to research and analyze data;- Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft products and platforms (in particular Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint);- Sense of initiative, rigor, diligent organization and attention to detail;- Experience in change management or teaching would be a plus.
