ICT Infrastructure Manager (Endpoint | Network)
Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location: Central
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement technical strategies for managed services, including endpoints, SaaS applications, and infrastructure.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and security measures, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Lead and mentor a technical team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate new technologies into service offerings.
• Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Ensure all technical documentation and standards are maintained.
• Design and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for clients.
• Act as the top-level escalation point for resolving complex technical issues.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Requirements:
• Min 10years working experiences with technical leadership experiences, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management.
• Strong Knowledge of endpoint management tools, networking, virtualization, and security practices.
• Proven experience in AWS / Azure Cloud services (Saas)
