We're looking for a self starter, energetic individual that will take pride in make sure all our public spaces are kept tidy and spotless. This person has to be a team player and have a "can do" attitude. You will be part of an awesome team that work together to achieve high guest satisfaction.
You will be working day shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Fridays and Sundays, and every second Monday.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Clean all public spaces inside and outside of the hotel.
• Communicate with guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Sort soiled linen, deliver linen to the guest floors.
• Report any damage to guest rooms or hotel property to the appropriate authorities.
• Use good judgment when dealing with guests, making sure to maintain an appropriate level of privacy.
• May be asked to clean rooms when we have late check outs.
• Deliver items to guest room in a courteous manner following Marriott standards
• Bilingual; English and French preferred.
• Prior experience working in a hotel preferred.
