InCom Web & e-Marketing Solutions is currently recruiting for a full time Help Desk Technical Customer Support Specialist (Web Applications). We are looking for a person who is detail oriented, fluent in English, friendly and extremely comfortable with technology. • Resolve support inquiries from customers via phone and email • Work directly with new customers to ensure successful on-boarding and adoption • Communicate regularly and proactively with clients and deliver timely and appropriate responses to incoming requests • Provide excellent support and ensure a high retention rate.
