About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head of Data Science and Advanced Analytics to spearhead our advanced analytics initiatives and data modeling efforts. In this pivotal role, you will lead a skilled team dedicated to extracting meaningful insights from a range of data sources including clinical studies, translational biomarkers, and real-world data, ultimately improving trial designs and boosting the success of our therapeutic developments.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, as well as the vision to innovate our data science practices while ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all analytical results. Your responsibilities will include oversight of data governance, adherence to regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing innovation within the data science team.
We seek candidates who have an advanced degree in a quantitative field and bring 10-15 years of relevant experience in advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML research and development, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. Outstanding leadership skills, technical expertise in data science and AI platform technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical insights into actionable business strategies are crucial.
