Key Responsibilities
Define and certify core company metrics while ensuring consistency across departments
Build and maintain real-time executive dashboards and automate reporting processes
Establish data governance and validation processes to ensure ongoing accuracy of metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a B2B SaaS company with ~$200M+ ARR
10+ years of experience in analytics and data leadership, including metric ownership
Strong understanding of modern data architectures and BI tools
Experience in defining metric taxonomies and governance models in complex organizations
Ability to work effectively in matrixed environments with various teams
