The platform embeds deeply into business workflows, connecting data, people, and processes into a single context-aware system designed for high-stakes decision-making.
The company has scaled rapidly to seven-figure ARR in under six months, with significant enterprise pipeline, Fortune 500 customers, and a Series A raise underway. Backed by top-tier investors, this is a true inflection-point hire.
They’re hiring a Head of Applied AI, reporting directly to the CEO, to build the applied AI function from the ground up with significant ownership and impact.
Responsibilities
• Define the strategy and roadmap for the Applied AI function
• Build and lead the applied AI organisation, hiring engineers and researchers
• Own development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI systems in production
• Partner closely with the CEO and COO on product, technical direction, and company strategy
• Design, build, and ship AI systems operating at enterprise scale
• Lead post-training, deployment, and iteration of LLM-based systems in production
Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering and/or research
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade AI systems from concept to production
• Hands-on experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production
• Prior startup experience required; experience with multi-modal models strongly preferred
• Able to hire and grow a team (formal management experience not required)
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
