What you will do Define and execute a global sales playbook to scale recurring revenue from £1M to £5M+ across EMEA, USA, and APAC. Lead, mentor, and grow a multi-cultural team of business development experts to exceed annual KPIs and performance targets. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions and negotiate complex enterprise contracts for global rollouts. The ideal candidate Proven track record of scaling a B2B tech startup from £1M to at least £5M in recurring revenue specifically within the POS or retail tech sector. Extensive experience selling software and hardware solutions to major global retailers with a deep understanding of EMEA market dynamics.
