Responsibilities • Build large-scale end-to-end machine learning systems for APAC projects and company products related to Digital Humans and Gen AI solutions. • Partner with cross-functional AI, software development, and PMO teams to understand business needs and integrate language models into real-world applications. • Design and implement large language models for tasks such as text/content generation, sentiment analysis, conversational systems, etc. • Ensure successful deployment of models in production environments and monitor their performance for ongoing optimization. • Manage and preprocess large datasets to train and evaluate LLMs effectively. • Create and maintain thorough documentation of models, methodologies, and codebases. • Fine‑tune models for improved accuracy and efficiency, ensuring scalability for production use. • Explore and prototype new algorithms and techniques to enhance language models. • Keep up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in LLMs and NLP to drive innovation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying NLP models, particularly LLMs. • Solid experience in facilitating the creation of engaging narratives, automated content generation, and chatbots. • Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Familiarity with NLP libraries. • Understanding of cloud services for model deployment and scaling. Experience in off‑line or on‑premises solution is a PLUS. • Strong grasp of transformer architectures and NLP techniques. • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. • Experience with optimization techniques for large‑scale language models. • Understanding of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies. • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Chinese. • Good understanding of deep generative models such as autoregressive models, GANs, VAEs, or flow‑based models is a big plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
