Responsibilities:
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for GenAI implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for AI solution design and delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business priorities.
• Document workflows and processes to identify areas where AI can enhance operations and decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops to build awareness and confidence in GenAI capabilities among business users.
• Support governance and compliance by ensuring ethical AI practices are reflected in requirements.
• Track adoption and outcomes to measure the impact of GenAI solutions and inform future initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex AI concepts for stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years in GenAI initiatives.
• Strong business requirement analysis and process modeling skills.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to interpret data for AI applications.
• Change management expertise in an Agile/Iterative delivery environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Domain knowledge in wealth management or insurance.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in AI solution scoping and use case identification.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in AI, Business Analysis, or Project Management are a plus.
