Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Conduct R&D on AI/ML technologies and architectures
Push boundaries of what is possible with AI (Traditional AI, Gen AI, Agentic AI)
Stay current on AI technology trends and evangelize
Evaluate and pilot third-party AI solutions for fit, scalability, and business value
Prototype solutions that inform future productization
Collaborate on data preparation and synthetic data generation strategies to support experimentation
Validate AI (model) performance, safety, and operational readiness before hand-off to production teams
Contribute to AI system architecture
Deploy and manage AI workflows in cloud environments
Collaborate with AI Business Partners
Skills
Programming & Frameworks Python, APIs, ML frameworks, AI orchestration tools (LangChain, ADK etc)
AI/ML systems LLMs, embeddings, vector databases
Building and managing APIs and integrations
