A company is looking for a Fusion SaaS HCM Functional Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service support by diagnosing, replicating, and resolving functional and technical issues
Utilize strong knowledge of Fusion SaaS HCM modules to advise customers on implementation and business process alignment
Perform impact analysis for SaaS updates and prepare documentation and test plans for customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
6 to 10+ years of experience in Fusion SaaS HCM implementation or support
US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are mandatory
Experience with Oracle products and relevant modules such as Oracle Time & Labor and Oracle US Payroll
Flexibility to work off hours or weekends as needed
