Full Stack Software Engineer Responsibilities • Develop and maintain user-facing web applications using modern frontend frameworks • Build, integrate, and support backend APIs and services • Collaborate with designers and product managers on feature design and implementation • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability • Write and maintain automated tests across frontend and backend • Participate in architectural planning, technical decisions, and code reviews Full Stack Software Engineer Requirements • 4+ years of professional full stack software development experience • Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue • Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar • Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs • Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) • TypeScript experience • Serverless or cloud-native architecture exposure • CI/CD pipelines and DevOps collaboration • Responsive design and web accessibility best practices Tech Stack • Frontend: React, TypeScript • Backend: Node.js, Python • Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS), GCP, Azure • Tools: Docker, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines Compensation & Engagement Types • Direct Hire: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary (W2, DOE) • Contract-to-hire opportunities may also be available Why Apply Through CalTek Staffing?
