Key Responsibilities
Lead development aspects of IT projects for humanitarian missions, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to clarify and document user stories and project requirements
Guide and coach a team of developers, preparing progress reports and managing vendor partnerships
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 6 years of Microsoft Full Stack Development experience
At least 2 years of lead or solution architecture experience
2+ years of experience with Azure AI / Cognitive Services / Azure OpenAI
Experience managing agile development teams and API design / implementation
