About the Role:
• Work directly with our CTO (you'll report to him technically but we are looking for someone who will be more like a peer and a thought partner to the CTO, instead of it being a mentor <> mentee relationship)
• Fully remote (CET-friendly timezone)
• Tech stack: Node.js (Fastify), Postgres, React, GCP, (a few services built using n8n)
• We are an AI-first company when it comes to development and problemsolving
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years experience (startup background is a plus)
• Ability to own full features and scope end-to-end, FE & BE & DB
• You need to be proficient with AI coding tools (e.g. claude code, codex, cursor, etc)
• You need to be very strong on BE not just FE
• This is a full-time role
