Required Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with React
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
• Experience with UI architecture and scalable front-end design
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience with automated UI testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Cypress OR Playwright (at least one required)
Nice to Have Skills
• Experience migrating legacy applications to modern UI frameworks
• Experience in banking or financial domain
• Previous experience helping build or scale a new engineering team
• Strong mentorship or technical leadership experience
