Role
We're looking for a Business Developer to help grow our client base by identifying opportunities, qualifying the right leads, and supporting deals from first contact to close.
What you'll do
• Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls
• Support proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression
• Prepare background research for sales conversations
• Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
• Candidate must be based in USA or Canada
• Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech, digital products, or design-led businesses
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification
• Clear communicator, structured, and proactive
• Fast learner with strong commercial awareness
