Role Description This full-time Field Engineering Specialist role is an on-site position based in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will provide expert field support, troubleshoot technical issues, conduct site implementations, and maintain system performance. Responsibilities also include delivering high-quality service to clients, coordinating with teams on technical projects, and ensuring timely issue resolution for efficient operations. Qualifications • Strong skills in troubleshooting and identifying technical issues with a problem-solving mindset • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams • Hands-on experience in field service operations and providing on-site technical assistance • Familiarity with delivering technical support and resolving system-related concerns • Project management capabilities to handle timelines and ensure successful implementations • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and maintain attention to detail • Experience with AI, Computer Vision, or automation systems is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
