The Expert Solution Architect / HR Applications is responsible for the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires advanced technical expertise to deliver scalable HR applications, ensure seamless integration with other business systems, and support business objectives through effective solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Personalize HCM pages and processes using HCM tools.
• Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with other business systems and applications.
• Develop reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Create HDL and HSDL scripts for data migration.
• Utilize VB Studio, Apex, VBCS, and PCS for personalization and custom page development.
• Configure Journeys, Tasks, Transaction Approvals, and HCM Security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates.
• Manage change through environments and conduct comprehensive testing.
• Optimize system performance and propose solutions for bottlenecks.
• Document processes and provide training to end-users and technical teams.
Requirements:
Must Have:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Proven experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with Oracle and non-Oracle applications.
• HCM Data Loader (HDL/HSDL): Proficiency in bulk-loading data into Oracle HCM Cloud.
• VBCS, PCS, Apex: Demonstrated ability to develop custom solutions and enhancements using Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, and Oracle Application Express.
• BI Publisher: Advanced skills in creating sophisticated reports and documents.
• Web Services and APIs: Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• SQL, Java, and PL/SQL: Expertise in complex query writing, procedural logic, and Java programming.
• Redwood Page Extensions: Experience in developing and managing Redwood page extensions.
Desirable:
• HCM Extracts: Ability to create, configure, and manage HCM Extracts for reporting and outbound integrations.
• Fast Formula: Experience in writing Fast Formulas for custom calculations.
• OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence): Proficiency in real-time operational reporting.
• Workflow and Approvals Management: Understanding of workflow and approvals setup and configuration.
• Security Configuration: Ability to configure HCM security roles and privileges.
• Oracle Guided Learning: Knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning configurations.
• Change Management and Testing: Skills in managing changes through environments and conducting comprehensive testing.
• Performance Tuning: Ability to optimize system performance.
• Documentation and Training: Experience in documenting processes and training teams.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Modules: Understanding of modules such as Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Compensation, OTL, Absence, HR HelpDesk, and Learn.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable and demonstrates commitment to the domain.
