Solution Architect Role
Seeking an experienced solution architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and user-centric SaaS solutions using ServiceNow and OpenText.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in application or solution architecture: Focus on modernizing or implementing enterprise SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow (especially ITSM, Customer Service Management) and/or OpenText.
• Records/document management, case management systems in a SaaS context.
• Identity federation (Azure AD), secure access models.
• RESTful APIs, webhooks middleware iPaaS platforms).
