Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EA Tool Specialist with hands-on expertise in MEGA Hopex to join our Enterprise Architecture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our MEGA Hopex EA tool, ensuring it supports our architectural governance, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage the MEGA Hopex EA tool, ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure & Operations team to oversee the tool’s daily operation and technical environment.
• Coordinate change requests (CRs) with the Operations team to keep the EA tool updated and aligned with business needs.
• Work closely with EA domain architects to collect, validate, and update architectural information within the tool.
• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all EA metadata, models, and repositories.
• Develop, customize, and generate EA reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Provide training and support to EA team members and other users on tool functionality and best practices.
• Stay current with MEGA Hopex upgrades, features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administering and managing MEGA Hopex in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and modeling standards.
• Experience with database management, system integration, and IT infrastructure coordination.
• Proficiency in generating complex reports and visualizations using MEGA Hopex reporting modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in MEGA Hopex or Enterprise Architecture are a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
