Key Responsibilities:
• Test Planning: Assist in the creation of test cases and test scenarios based on the product and software requirements.
• Test Execution: Execute software tests with the device to identify defects and ensure proper functionality of applications and device.
• User Acceptance Test (UAT): Execute User Acceptance Test on the production unit to ensure the product’s functionality performance prior shipment.
• Bug Reporting: Document, track, and report defects or issues in the application and follow up on their resolution.
• Test Planning: Assist in the creation of test protocol, test cases and test scenarios based on the requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality standards in product releases.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that recent changes and updates to the product and ensure system integration do not affect its functionality and performance.
• To support in customer complaint root cause investigation and issue verification related to software quality
• Qualifications and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information
Technology, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in in software testing and
technical documentation.
• Core Competency: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and
troubleshoot complex product, system and application issues.
• Proficiency in designing and executing manual test cases. Familiarity with SDLC and test management tools such as e.g. JIRA
Self-starter, Effective communicator, and Team Player.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks at a time.
Good to Have:
• Experience with automated testing & tools.
• ISTQB certifications
