Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic direction for technology supporting distribution capabilities in North America and LATAM
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to prioritize product delivery and ensure quality outcomes
Drive innovation and talent development while modernizing technology for an integrated customer experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in IT product management with a focus on process improvement and customer-centric design
Strong business acumen and ability to define data and analytics strategies
Proven leadership experience in building effective, collaborative teams
Experience managing global technology teams is preferred
Expertise in digital and emerging technology with demonstrated results
