Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and create visually engaging content.
• Photograph products, pets, and fish in-store professionally, edit images and videos, and publish them on digital platforms.
• Support the store’s digital systems and sales management software, troubleshooting minor technical issues.
• Design product display schedules and update prices and inventory in digital systems.
• Prepare regular reports on digital performance, sales, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience both in-store and through digital channels.
• Suggest new ideas for content, promotions, and interactive campaigns.
• Train staff on using digital systems when needed.
Skills
• Proven experience in IT, Social Media, and Photography.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of design and editing software such as Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and propose effective technical and marketing solutions.
