Role Description This is a contract role for a DevSecOps Consultant based on-site in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves driving DevSecOps processes and implementing security best practices in software delivery pipelines. Responsibilities include collaborating with development, operations, and security teams to integrate security tools and practices, identifying and mitigating application vulnerabilities, and automating security measures to ensure secure infrastructure. The consultant will also provide technical expertise to optimize deployments and improve the overall security posture of applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain security automation solutions using Node.js and/or Python. Manage and configure security tools such as GitHub Security, Synopsys Seeker, and other vulnerability scanning platforms. Implement and enforce security rules within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins). Design and execute projects involving AI-driven security automation to improve threat detection and remediation. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices into workflows. Monitor and optimize Jenkins jobs for security compliance and automation efficiency.
