Requirements
Must have:
• Extensive release management experience in web systems, including CMS, applications, and services
• Familiarity with SCM tools such as SVN and Git
• Knowledge of front end and back end technologies
• Experience with web server setups, particularly Apache and NGINX
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and Groovy 10+ years of release management experience 10+ years of management experience years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) 5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 10 years of experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) 5 years of experience with Content Management Systems 10 years of experience in DevOps practices years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Serverless Architecture is a plus
• Experience with web services is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the end to end release management process for various web systems
• Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth releases
• Manage and maintain SCM tools to facilitate collaborative development
• Configure and optimize web servers to enhance application performance
• Write and maintain scripts to automate build and deployment processes
• Lead and mentor team members in best practices for release management
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment activities
• Ensure stringent quality control during the release phases
• Provide documentation and reporting on release activities and outcomes
