We are currently working with a private company in Abu Dhabi creating cutting edge secure defense/wireless products. The company is made up primarily of around 65% Europeans with also many from South America.
Established in 2018 my client increased from 380 at the start of 2025 then hiring 115 engineers by year end. After building a 2nd state of the art R&D center they will increase headcount by 130 in 2026. Engineers are the best from Thales, MBDA, HENSODT, Ericsson, Nokia and many more. The language is English on site.
R&D is made up of DSP, FPGA, Systems Engineer (Radar/Cellular/ELINT), AI, Algorithms, React, JAVA and Command and control teams.
The main area of this role is Linux based, "off-cloud" with knowledge of working in "air-gapped" environments. Lead experience required but you will not have a team initially.
