Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is delighted to invite applications for an exceptional Deputy Head of Pre-Prep to join our school from August 2026. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced, strategic, and forward-thinking leader who will play a key role in shaping the direction, culture, and continued success of our Pre-Prep School.
We are seeking a leader with a strong track record in primary education, outstanding leadership practice, and a clear commitment to high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to inspire staff, lead and develop teams, and contribute meaningfully to whole-school priorities within a dynamic and ambitious school environment.
The Deputy Head of Pre-Prep will work closely with the Head of Pre-Prep and wider Senior Leadership Team, supporting academic and pastoral leadership, driving standards, and ensuring the highest outcomes for our youngest learners.
The closing date for applications is 12th February 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the School reserves the right to appoint prior to the closing date should an exceptional candidate be identified.
