Job Role: Agile Team Facilitator
The primary goal of this role is to oversee and facilitate the Scrum process within a dedicated agile team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Scrum methodologies, including principles, values, and best practices.
• This position entails ensuring that all team members are aligned with the Scrum framework and are working towards continuous improvement.
• Fostering an environment where daily builds take place to detect issues early on in the development cycle.
• Ensuring effective preparation for planning through Product Backlog refinement sessions.

To be successful in this role, one must have:
