Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to ensure clear communication, alignment, and smooth delivery
• Coach teams on Agile ways of working and promote continuous improvement
• Use simple, data-based metrics (delivery progress, predictability, cycle time, and quality trends) to identify improvement areas
• Track and communicate team progress, risks, and dependencies with clear, transparent reporting
• Proactively remove impediments and support teams in delivering commitments on time

As a Manager Agile PM, you will use your technical knowledge to realize groundbreaking technology solutions for our clients. You will work with a multidisciplinary, global team providing direction on development, design, user interface, technology integration, and system architecture.
Responsibilities:
Ability to define and implement the team structure (roles, people, expertise), processes and tools to ensure cross-discipline thinking, acceleration and Client satisfaction and success, and is able to assist, consult or lead others in the application of a competency.
Will have to demonstrate in-depth ability to align on key success parameters, define KPIs / OKRs and establish an outcome and value-based culture, encouraging test and learn behavior for constant innovation, and is able to assist, consult or, lead others in the application of the competency.
Strengthen client relationships and write proposals that grow our business
Manage integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects.
Lead development and tracking of integrated project plans.
Oversee project estimations.
Oversee the development and tracking of integrated project plans.
Oversee the development of project deliverables in order to meet project objectives.
Establish processes to manage scope, risk and issues within and across multiple projects.
Establish and maintain project communication and set project quality and performance standards.
Ensure key project-wide roles and responsibilities are defined.
Drive knowledge sharing and learning from project experiences.
Establish and manage relationships with key client executives and stakeholders.
Stay on top of current industry trends and help shape opportunities for client solutions.
Help drive business development activities.
Contribute to the ongoing development of the program management domain.
Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience in the Information Technology Industry
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Science or Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience Program Management and stakeholder management expertise
Experience working as a Scrum Master for a medium to large size project handling team of 10-20 people.
Understanding of eCommerce, which will help to understand the client business and requirements
Knowledge of various relative story sizing techniques, in-depth proficiency to apply estimation frameworks as part of a whole team exercise against a mixed backlog of items as required by the product team and is able to assist, consult, or lead others in the application of various estimation frameworks.
Proficiency in gauging team velocity and estimate capacity for Sprints and is able to craft the Sprint objective and goals
Extensive experience working in a consultant capacity with experience in business/data analytics and requirements elicitation for IT Development related projects
Required experience with end-to-end product development
In-depth understanding of the SDLC with experience supporting the development of custom applications
Excellent analytical skills, ability to understand complex business and document requirements clearly
Excellent Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience leading stand-ups and scrum meetings
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with offshore team
