Key responsibilities
• Execute data/document migration from legacy system to new platform; ensure data integrity.
• Identify and document data inconsistencies and migration issues; maintain logs of resolutions.
• Maintain and improve databases/records.
• Perform related ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience; public service experience advantageous.
• Prior exposure to grants management and/or records management preferred.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with systematic task execution.
• Good organisational, project/time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); comfortable with databases/electronic admin systems.
• Strong communication and writing skills; able to work independently and in teams.
• Positive attitude toward learning.
